Springerle Cookies are flavored with anise oil and contain very little fat. They can get hard very quickly so they are usually dunked in coffee or tea. However, they will remain chewy if you freeze them or store them in an airtight container. These cookies are all hand cut and must rest for hours to dry before baking. $11.95 half pound or $23.90 pound container.

Pfeffernusse Cookies are made with molasses & seasonal spices. Once baked they are hand rolled in meringue and tossed in powdered sugar. $11.95 half pound

Gingerbread Boys & Rudolf Cookies are made with lots of love, molasses, & of course Ginger spice. Some are hand decorated with royal icing and others topped with granulated sugar, raisin eyes, & chocolate chip buttons. These cookies are 8" long.
